I'm Khalil Guedidi and I started Noralt Hire. I run every search myself, from reading your job ad to the signed contract.
The agency is new and I don't have references to show you yet. That's why the first 3 candidates are free, and why you pay nothing until you've hired.

What exactly does it cost?
15% of base salary, excl. VAT, invoiced when the contract is signed. For a £35,000 role, that's £5,250. Nothing else, and nothing at all unless you hire one of our candidates.
Why invoice at signature rather than on the start date?
Notice periods are often one to three months. Invoicing at signature lets us keep our fee at the low end of the market, at 15%. The 3-month guarantee starts on your hire's first day.
Do I have to give you exclusivity?
No. Keep your ad running and your own candidates. If someone else fills the role first, you owe us nothing.
What if none of the candidates fit?
You pay nothing. Tell us what's missing and we'll search again, still free.
Where do the candidates come from?
We search directly on LinkedIn and job sites, including people in work who don't respond to job ads.
Do candidates pay anything?
Never. Our service is always free for candidates.
What happens to candidates' data?
We only share a profile with you if the candidate agrees. Data is deleted 2 years after our last contact, or sooner if the candidate asks.
